She seemed irritated and flustered with the kiddos. She manhandled my kid from the get go and without even asking. After I asked her not to, she proceeded to yell at him throughout the party. My kid is not a hellion at all. The other two coaches were awesome, super gentle but assertive when they needed to guide our kids (toddlers)

It's not an environment I would want to be in ever again (uncomfortable to say the least). I wouldn't recommend investing one's time or money. Not worth the treatment and stares.
