Katia & Company is a nonprofit youth performing-arts organization offering week-long summer day camps for children roughly ages 5-12 (grades 1-6), based at the Hamilton Community Center in Novato with additional Marin locations. Campers rotate through acting, arts and crafts, and theater games, and production camps stage musicals such as The Sound of Music and Wicked, ending each week with a performance. Older teens can join destination camps.

We are huge fans of Katia, Landers, & the talented staff as well as student leaders who are there and provide a quality children first approach to theater. My son is a huge fan and will juggle his extracurricular activities to be in a Katia production. A very telling indicator is that former students of hers who are in college make time on their breaks to work technical aspects of shows such as lights, sounds, etc and what a stellar nice bunch of people they are. While many non-profit children theater programs may struggle, this one is thriving and for good reason.
