My family had a lovely experience full of whimsy and book magic! My 4 year old and this child-at-heart adult thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Parking is difficult so give yourself time and patience. Be aware of the many no turning on red light and no u-turn signs. Have a credit card or coins ready because there is no tap to pay for street parking. 2 hour parking time limit and get a hand stamp for re-entry if you need to refeed the meter. A huge shout-out to the fairyland cafe food options!! Cafe has gluten free options, which our family very much appreciated. Thank you! We hope to come again!

The amusement park is such a delightful place, especially for kids aged 3–5 who love rides and imaginative play. There’s a great mix of activities—we especially enjoyed the storytime and puppet show, which added a lovely touch to the experience. Visiting on a weekday made it even better, with little to no wait times, so the kids could fully enjoy everything at their own pace.

Truly an enchanting spot to spend the day, especially with little ones. The park is wonderfully interactive, offering countless opportunities for kids to explore, climb, and imagine.

Even after 75 years, Fairyland is still magical. Play Structures are all in bright beautiful colors, gardens are meticulous, key boxes still work. I’m so honored to be able to share my childhood pastime with my 2 year old.

Fairyland is a great little amusement park for children between 2-8 years old. The attractions and rides are mostly based on known fairy tales, from Mother Goose stories to Alice in Wonderland. At each attraction, children can listen to a short version of the fairytale from a speaker box, activated with a collectable key (3$). Attractions include a puppet theater, a train ride, a child sized ferris wheel, a carousel, numerous slides, and live animals. The park opened in 1950 and has been a popular attraction ever since. There is a restaurant on site, as well as picnic tables.
