Powered by GoogleMy favorite place to climb in the area! The staff is amazing, and it is well taken care of. I've been regularly climbing for 2 years now.
Very inviting! Someone at the counter always greets everyone with a "real" smile entering/exiting. All the employees are very informative. There is someone always willing to help instruct how to use the exercise equipment (s) with room monitoring! Never over crowded! Amazing!
Had my grandson's birthday party here. It was great!! Climbing wall and indoor sports area and a huge playground outside. All the kids had a wonderful time and the parents got to relax. Party room had plenty of space with tables and chairs for the whole crowd. Helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Rarely have I encountered any city facility or service with such attentive, inclusive, and accessibility-minded staff. When I encountered things that weren’t accessible to me because I’m blind the staff didn’t just shrug it off or become awkwardly anxious, they asked for my input on how to improve their services and equipment, took notes, and passed those notes up the chain of command. They even followed up with me as they got updates on my accessibility requests. The facility itself was built with a lot of universal design concepts, and I haven’t encountered a lot of obstacles. As a taxpayer with a disability, I think our money is well spent on this conveniently located, comfortable, clean, and welcoming facility. I’m a regular there now, and look forward to going to classes and using the equipment every week.
When you walk in there is someone right there to assist. Took us on a tour since it was our first visit. We decided to rock climb and had a climbing experience!
