I was already in street clothes, so clearly no intention of getting in the pool. He was the only one in the area, did not say the pool was already closed or he was staff, but that he was locking up, though there were still a few minutes remaining in open swim time. When I said my intention of simply touching the water, to check the temp, he body-blocked the door, said it was warm, and closed and locked the door. A rude end to an otherwise good experience.
