Wonderful facility and beautiful people. The pickleball competition is fierce in intermediate and advanced levels, while the beginner level is appropriate for newcomers.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours at SOCO. It’s a great place to exercise and socialize. The staff are friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. The people who play Pickleball are some of my closest friends now.
Great atmosphere for pickleball. Staff is friendly; players are generally amiable and courteous. The workout gym is great, too, though a little small. There is a lot of equipment crammed into a small area, with room to move about. The price for both is reasonable, if not downright cheap. Can't speak for the other amenities, but there are quite a number of things going on, including basketball. The pool is VERY busy during the summer, I know that.
Nice pool but rude entitled kids. They will steal your towel right off your chair and "lose it". They will let all their friends cut in front of you for the slide and diving board. Maybe the unsupervised age should be raised to 18 since these kids don't know how to act.
