YMCA Camp Takatoka is an overnight summer camp on 410 acres along Fort Gibson Lake near Chouteau, about 45 minutes east of Tulsa, serving campers ages 7–17. One- and two-week sessions include archery, a challenge/ropes course, climbing wall, swimming, canoeing, fishing, tubing and wakeboarding, with a Counselors-in-Leadership-Training track for ages 15–17. Scholarships and financial aid are available.

We did some rifle shooting, Axe throwing, knife throwing, archery and climbed the rock wall. Facilities were great and had great people around us to enjoy the time at Camp Takatoka.
