ISR New Hampshire provides Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) Self-Rescue survival swimming lessons for children ages 6 months to 6 years. Lessons run as a 6-8 week course of 10-minute one-on-one sessions five days a week, held at an indoor Concord-area pool in colder months and an outdoor pool in summer. It is a year-round survival-swim program, not a summer camp.

★★★★★Brittany BeaulieuWe have been with ISRNH’s Miss Olivia since the summer of 2024 when our oldest was 18 months old. We then had our youngest complete her 6week session at 11 months old in 2025. We have continued to put in the work and consistency with maintenance lessons and refreshers and both our kids have the most amazing life saving skills. Our oldest, now 3 years old, is a rockstar in the pool and thoroughly enjoys the water (safely might I add). His little sister does too at just under 2 years old. Strongly recommend and encourage these ISR lessons and cannot say enough wonderful things about Miss Olivia! She makes you feel like family and reassures you every step of the way while providing incredible results. When we first signed up never in a million years would we have imagined the results we got!

She is so kind, welcoming, and really takes her time to explain things. She did an amazing job helping our son build so much confidence in the water. By the end of his lessons he didn’t want to get out of the pool! His confidence grew in and out of the pool. We now have a peace of mind knowing our son can self-rescue if needed and really enjoy the water safely!

Right now. I mean it. Both of my children have completed multiple sessions with her, starting as babies and toddlers. Were they nervous at first? Absolutely. But watching them go from apprehensive in the water to completely confident and safe has been one of the most remarkable things I have witnessed as a parent. ISR is not just swim lessons. It is a life skill. It is the difference between panic and safety in a situation nobody ever wants to think about — but every parent needs to be prepared for. Ms. Olivia is exceptional. Patient, dedicated, and genuinely invested in every single child she works with. My kids don't just tolerate the water now — they love it. And I can be at a pool, at a lake, at a friend's house and actually breathe, because I know they have the skills to keep themselves safe. Cannot recommend her and this program highly enough. Do it for your kids. You will never regret it
