My daughter just recently started we both love this experience great place be
This was the worst experience I ever had with adults dealing with children. My granddaughter went for a trial class and when we walked in the door without introducing themselves one woman begin telling her to take off her coat and shoes. Told me that I could pick her up from the exit doors. With this being her first day I arrived early so I could get any information maybe discuss what we could expect but instead I was expected to just drop my child off and go watch from an outside viewing window. As I watched I noticed the teachers only paying attention to those students they were familiar with and Naomi was left to just explore the area. Only a few times did the teachers even interact with her. When it was time to leave the teacher walked out of the class and left Naomi alone in the room. Ingrid came in and got her but by this time the teacher was coming out of the front door aggressively asking us "where is Naomi?" I asked her why she was asking me and her reply was "Tell Naomi she can't leave class alone." I was so confused. I walked to the exit door and Naomi was not there no one knew where she was. Then the teacher comes out the front door with Naomi with no Jacket, no shoes or socks, (46° outside). Appearing upset she hands Naomi to me and continues to blame the 4yr old for being unsupervised. I spoke with Ingrid and she stated that Naomi us alone in the room because my husband was watching her through the viewing window. I am so disappointed with the way we were handled and for this to be the trial class I expected so much more. How is a coach of 4 and 5 year olds unaware of where her students are at all times? Is the class to crowded? Are there not enough teachers in the class to assist with supervision? I read the reviews and this is why we selected this one but I realized that there weren't many parents present to really know what is happening with their children. I wouldn't recommend this place. The professionalism is non existing. This may be fine for older gymnast just stear clear if you have little ones that need supervision.
