ARK WinGS Gym is a 10,000-square-foot gymnastics center in Trussville that runs themed summer day camps from about 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Days combine gymnastics, tumbling, cheer and ninja instruction with arts and crafts, obstacle courses, trampoline time, outdoor water play and a lunch-and-movie break.
