★★Sarah PontonI would have preferred to address these concerns directly with the studio director, but she delegated the conversation to an instructor instead. Infusion Dance provides strong recreational classes. However, the competition program is poorly structured and lacks consistent coordination. Communication is often indirect, and concerns from last season were not fully addressed, which caused confusion and frustration. Separately, we purchased six solo lessons and used four. After the competition, my child chose not to perform, making the remaining lessons unnecessary. When we requested reimbursement for the unused lessons, the studio declined, despite payment for services that were not used. These experiences highlight challenges in organization, clarity, and customer service within the competition program. There is clear potential at Infusion Dance, but current management of competition teams does not reflect the level of professionalism families should expect.

They are 100% inclusive, my daughter has special needs and they work with her and give her the time to learn and go at her own pace. Most importantly, they have a great sense of community. Is only being two classes and my daughter’s self confidence has gone up to the roof! Every day she talks about infusion dance and what time and day she is going to there. The staff is great! Very helpful and accommodating. Very welcoming they gave welcoming gifts to mila and made her feel at home. This is a great place not only for your kids dance formation but most importantly for their cognitive and confidence growth. I’m a proud Latina and Infusion Dance feels like home. If you would like your kids to built on their confidence and built and polish their socia skills, this is the place to be!
