The staff experience at Dance Empower has been amazing. I had an issue with my bill, and while they could explain part of it right away, they were honest and said, “Can you give me 24 hours? I want to look into it fully and send you an email with all the information.” I really appreciated that they took the time to make sure everything was correct and explained in a way I could understand. They were understanding, patient, and very helpful. Everyone at the studio is welcoming and kind. My daughter is 4 years old and very shy, but the office staff, teachers, and even the older girls always make her feel special. Kylie especially always gives her a high five on the way into class, and those little moments have helped my daughter become so much more confident and independent. This studio is warm, welcoming, and truly makes kids feel comfortable while helping them grow. We have been here for 2 years and absolutely love it. One thing I especially appreciate this year is how positive the environment is between parents. There is no drama, no talking badly about each other — everyone is polite, supportive, and kind. I also love seeing so many dads bringing their daughters to dance. It really feels like a family environment.

We absolutely love Dance Empower! The communication and responsiveness from the studio is truly amazing. The office staff is always so kind, professional, and helpful. If she doesn’t know the answer to something right away, she always makes sure to get back to us within 48 hours or less — usually much sooner! Emails are answered quickly, voicemails are always returned, and even texts are usually answered within the hour. It’s rare to find a business that communicates this well and genuinely cares about families. What really makes Dance Empower special is the warm and welcoming environment. My kids truly feel like the studio is their second home. Every time they walk in, they are greeted by name or with a cheerful hello from the office staff. Many times they run in just to give her a hug and tell her all about their day. That personal connection means so much to us as parents. The staff goes above and beyond for the dancers. Whether it’s helping with hair, making sure kids know where they need to be, or simply making them feel comfortable and encouraged, everyone is always willing to help. I completely trust the staff with my children because they are so caring, patient, and supportive. We have been at Dance Empower for 6 years and could not imagine being anywhere else. We’ve tried two other studios in the area before finding DE, and nothing compares to the warmth, positivity, and sense of family here. This studio is welcoming to everyone, and the happiness you see in the kids says it all. We are so thankful to be part of the Dance Empower family!

I was incorrectly charged a $150 tuition fee that should not have been applied to my account. Because repeated attempts to reach the facility by phone were unsuccessful, I had to drive 40 minutes to the location to address the issue in person. Unfortunately, my experience upon arrival was extremely disappointing. While seeking assistance with obtaining a refund, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff. The employee repeatedly raised her voice, talked over me while I was attempting to speak, called me “snotty,” and laughed at me while I was simply requesting to speak with the individual who had the authority to process my refund. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that I was treated with a lack of respect and talked down to. The individual stated that because she is the mother of the owner that her actions “ are no surprise” and nothing would be done. As a parent, this interaction raised serious concerns about the professionalism and conduct of the staff. I would expect employees who work with children and families to demonstrate patience and respect in all interactions. The behavior I experienced did not reflect that. This has affected my confidence in the facility’s ability to care for children. Based on the way I was treated and the ongoing difficulty reaching anyone by phone, I would not feel comfortable leaving my child in their care, especially knowing that I may be unable to reach someone in the event of an emergency. Reliable communication is essential when parents entrust others with the care and safety of their children.

A few months ago I was on a search for a dance studio that my child could be apart of that was fun and exciting. She was in gymnastics but got bored with the classes. I went to visit one dance studio and the vibes were not fun and exciting. The energy wasn’t inviting and left me doubtful that I could find some where for my toddler to have fun and learn in a welcoming environment. I kept searching and came across Dance Empower! I think it’s great they offer a free class to try out to see if you and your child will like the class! My daughter loved it and wanted to come back. They offered a great bundle deal to get her dance shoes, tights and leotard along with the price monthly was perfect for our budget! Miss Kim and Lucia are a pleasure and made our experience an awesome one! The energy and vibes and welcoming, friendly and inviting! My daughter loves dance class and looks forward to continuing every week! I recommend Dance Empower for sure!!
