If I could give 0 stars I would, the staff is unfair when it comes to playing against house teams, they give very obvious preferences and it's not okay!! They allow for their kids to physically and intentionally hurt others and when talking to the coach about it they are very unprofessional and rude. This is definitely not a fun environment for our kids and from previous reviews they have here it seems it's always been an issue and haven't done NOTHING about it! Why go play if the coaches,refs and staff are giving preference to their house teams? Don't waste your time and take your kids to another place where they actually care and let the kids have fun!!

I am extremely disappointed with this indoor soccer facility. While my son enjoyed playing here at first, every time we played against one of the facility’s in-house teams, it felt completely unfair. It was very obvious that the in-house teams received preferential treatment from the referees and staff. During our game this past weekend, the officiating was some of the worst I have ever seen in youth soccer. The in-house team was awarded questionable free kicks, and there were multiple moments where the game was stopped in ways that seemed to benefit only their team. Instead of creating a fair and competitive environment, it felt like the focus was on making sure the facility’s team won. Youth sports should be about developing players, teaching teamwork, building confidence, and making the game enjoyable for the kids. Winning should never come at the expense of fairness. Unfortunately, that is not the atmosphere we experienced here. It is very sad to see adults prioritize victories over creating a positive experience for young athletes. What could have been a great place for kids to learn and grow left me frustrated and disappointed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this facility to families looking for a fair and positive soccer environment.

This was my first time participating in a friendly soccer scrimmage with friends, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The booking process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Alfredo was extremely professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain the pricing and assist me in securing the field within minutes. When we arrived on the day of our scrimmage, the facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly allowed us to borrow bibs after I realized I had forgotten ours, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place to play soccer or host a scrimmage. I will definitely be booking another session here in the future!

I am disappointed with the level of professionalism and communication regarding my request. Several months passed without proper follow-up, and many emails went unanswered. The information provided was unclear and not communicated in a professional manner, which made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. Effective communication and timely responses are essential in an administrative support role, especially when handling ongoing requests. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lack of organization, accountability, and customer care throughout this experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is significant room for improvement specially from the “ executive administrative assistant” .
