I've been going to IGM for five years — that’s quite a long time! I thank you all for making it so special, even though I only attend once a week and take breaks in the summer. Sadly, I’m moving on after all this time since I haven’t yet learned some important skills like back walkovers or flips. Throughout my journey, the coaches have been incredibly helpful and kind; I especially appreciate Coach Serena, Sweat Sweat Girl, and Carrie, who is very lovely. I wish everyone the best of luck as I transition to a new gym. Thank you so much, IGM, for everything — this experience means a lot to me.

I almost never leave reviews, but I had to for this place. I decided to do my twins 4th birthday party here and it was amazing, way more than I expected! Everyone had fun, the kids were aged ranged from 16 months to 10 years old and they all had so much fun. The instructor was fantastic, friendly and patient. It was a chaotic experience with so many toddlers, but it was more than perfect. Also every kid who participated got a free pass for their open gym! The only thing I’d want is…a longer time! Especially in the party room eating snacks and cake. It went by so fast because everyone was having a lot of fun! Thank you!!

If you go to open gym and think you will actually get to practice gymnastics, think twice. Very disappointed. You are not allowed on any junior or high beams, no high bars, kids playing soccer on the tumbling floor which is an extreme hazard. Kids running everywhere. They even took the chalk away and told the girls they can’t use it (but you can use the low bars). I would give this less than one star if I could. Definitely not worth $15. Also, no way to sign up for open gym- we waited half hour in a long line to pay. Many other gyms around the twin cities have a much better experience and well worth the money.

My daughter is really enjoying her gymnastics class. She is learning new skills and having fun at the same time. She is always excited to go to IGM for her class. They offer classes for toddlers in a smaller area. Once children are five or older they offer beginner classes in the main gym. The levels go up through level 10 for artistic gymnastics. They also offer classes for rhythmic gymnastics as well. They always do a warm up and rotate practicing skills for the beam, bars, floor and vault. Sometimes they get to have fun on the trampoline, yet not each time. She was given a poster to keep track of which skills she has mastered by adding stickers.
