Powered by GoogleWe had an amazing experience at iCode in Katy! Stuart was absolutely great with the kids right from the trial class, my children completely fell in love with the program. They didn’t even want to leave and asked to come back right away, so we ended up enrolling them on the spot! The building is extremely clean, modern, and pleasant, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in. You can tell they really care about creating a positive environment for both kids and parents. Highly recommend iCode Katy to anyone looking for a fun, high-quality learning experience for their children!
Super friendly staff, was very informative about enrolling students for trial course. Both kids loved their trial and we signed them up for their belts… very good business that helps students navigate the highly important realm of computer programming. They offer so many different types of courses from video game programming, basic HTML, JavaScript, debugging and testing, robotics, 3D printing, IT, machine learning, drone programming and much much more. Super cool place!
My daughter attended the Battle of the Bots summer camp at iCode Katy this week. Overall, it was a very positive experience for her! As a complete beginner with no prior coding experience, she felt welcomed and encouraged throughout the week. The instructors were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They both did a great job making the material accessible for these young learners! Thank you! That said, during the end-of-week demo, there was a moment involving a highly energetic student and another parent who reacted in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh. I wish the teacher or staff would have stepped in to better support the student or address the inappropriate behavior from this adult. Moving forward, I hope the team receives guidance on how to better manage a range of student needs and how to navigate difficult parent interactions with professionalism. As a mom, I feel it is so important that all children feel supported (not just corrected) and that all adults present are held to respectful standards. Despite this, my daughter left camp feeling proud of what she and her team made, and we are grateful to the iCode team for sparking her interest in coding in such a fun and positive setting!
My 8 year old daughter loves iCode. This is the only camp we have found that she likes. My daughter is more quiet and introverted than most kids. She dislikes the typical summer camps that are loud and busy. She loves learning new things and all of her teachers have been really kind and knowledgeable. The management is very helpful and organized. As a parent I am impressed with the new computer skills she has learned and love seeing how excited she is to show me her new skills.
It is soo cool. I loved the computer and the games. Eivin, aged, 6.5 years. It was really good. I liked playing my friends and I enjoyed rainbow friends. The staff were ace. Archie, aged 9 years. 5 star all round
