Hye Camp is a residential (sleepaway) Armenian Church summer camp operated by the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church at the 160-acre Archbishop Vatche Hovsepian Camp in Dunlap, near the entrance to Kings Canyon National Park at 4,400 feet. It offers about four weeks of camp each summer for Armenian youth, blending outdoor recreation with Christian fellowship and cultural community, with bus transportation from Northern, Southern, and Central California. It has operated for over six decades.

He was there about a week I believe and had so much fun great experiences came home with tons of stories made new friends and just enjoyed everything I was really really so happy to hear what a wonderful time and see the pictures that were sent home of all the kids and hear about their adventures and everything they did it sounded like a lot of fun I especially love the Armenian aspect of the whole thing, so often new generations forget about their ancestors and all the culture that came before them and I really feel like his experience brought him back to his roots I wish there was something like this for when I was a kid I would have definitely gone! Of course I am speaking for him but I feel he made lifelong memories that he'll always hold dear years to come...so....thank u, SHENORAGALEM!! 🇦🇲🙏🏻
