Hoops Basketball Academy Brooklyn is the South Brooklyn arm of New York Hoops Academy, coaching kids ages 4-14 with a European player-development approach. At this location the published schedule is weekday evening practices held at the Shorefront YM-YWHA, 3300 Coney Island Ave - Monday or Wednesday at 6:00pm for grades 1-4 and 7:00pm for grades 5-8 - plus optional weekend in-house league games, with a free trial class available and registration handled through the Shorefront Y. The operator's summer camp runs at its Downtown/Fort Greene and Williamsburg sites, not here.
