★Kelly FickleyThe owner is unprofessional and borderline abusive to the children taking lessons at the facility. She was unable to control her misdirected anger and threw out a group of 9-10 year old girls who had just arrived for a lesson. No one understood what was wrong until it became apparent that the owner did not like one of the trainers in attendance (unbeknownst to this person). Girls were crying and terrified they were going to be arrested because she was threatening to call the police.
