Hello, I am writing to raise a recurring issue with the Saturday 10:30 AM session that is seriously affecting the experience for parents waiting during class. Every week, there is a woman who sits in the waiting area and spends the entire session loudly gossiping with the same other parent. The volume and constant chatter make it impossible for the rest of us to sit and wait in any kind of calm environment, to read, to work, or even to hear ourselves think. This is not a one-off; it happens week after week, at the same time, with the same two people. We are paying for a gym membership for our child, and part of that cost is the expectation that the surrounding environment, including the waiting area, is managed to a reasonable standard. Right now it is not. The two of them are essentially treating the space as their personal social hour, and the staff at the desk do not appear to address it. I would like to know what concrete steps you are going to take. That could mean speaking directly to the members involved, posting a clear noise expectation in the waiting area, or designating a separate quiet zone for parents who would like one. If the situation does not improve, I will move my child to a different time slot, and if that is also not workable, I will cancel the membership. I would appreciate a response letting me know how you plan to handle this. Thank you,

This place is amazing! My son absolutely loves the gymnastics classes here and he’s learning a lot. The teachers are very engaged. Highly recommend.

I’ve only had amazing experiences with Hill’s, but I definitely want to say a huge, special thank you to Lexi. You might not believe that you make a kid’s day every week, but my kid goes absolutely nuts when she knows it’s her teaching gymnastics. She’s so patient and intentional with her inclusion and you can see in the care for what she does. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my kid’s skills and confidence, and she’s really obsessed with showing us all her new moves. Couldn’t recommend more, and thank you again for being such a great teacher!!

Factory gym. Classes taught by kids who do not know how to teach or connect with kids. No one seems to keep track of the progress of any child with respect to skills that are supposed to be mastered. They keep working on the same 3 skills even after they are mastered. Management does not care about the development of kids.

My 5 year old son was invited for a birthday party. The kids were able to get out there, learn a few things and have fun. I had been there yeqrs ago and the parents were allowed to be out on the floor having fun with the kids but this time no parents allowed. I was able to get a bit of video through the window but we were all standing around in a small space so it was hard to get a lot of pictures of them playing around. The actual party was like all typical little kids parties with pizza, veggies/fruit and cake. It looked as if the parents brought everything in so you may want to check the food situation before booking a party. It was pretty easy to find and had good parking for a weekend. Didn't look into pricing but have heard they are a bit pricey for classes and lessons. At the end of the day my little guy had fun and left with a huge smile.
