Choosing a daycare was one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make as parents, and after touring so many local options, Hillcrest Academy in Bayville stood out instantly. Their safety measures gave us peace of mind, but what really won us over was how warm, loving, and genuine the staff is. They truly care about the whole child, both their emotional well-being and their learning. We’ve been at Hillcrest for over a year now, and our daughter has gone through several classrooms. Every single teacher has been amazing. We’ve watched her grow in ways we never expected—she’s more social, confident, and curious, and she talks about her teachers nonstop. She even begs to go to school on the weekends. Hillcrest has become so much more than a daycare for us. The staff feels like a second family, and I can’t imagine dropping my daughter off anywhere else. We’re so grateful for the love and care they show her every day.

There are so many wonderful things about Hillcrest Academy. I have been sending my son to Hillcrest since he was one and now he is finishing up his last year there in Pre-K. The staff are warm, welcoming and absolutely wonderful. The director and assistant director know every child, every parent and treat everyone as if they are part of a great big family. My son has flourished under their care and I am so grateful to have found them.

Hillcrest is by far the best daycare, summer camp and preschool/pre K program around. Amy and her team make each and every child feel special from the moment they walk through the front door. My son has been going to Hillcrest Academy since he was 4 months old. As you could assume, I was a mess trusting a team to take care of my first born. From the moment I met his teachers in room 6, I knew he would be taken care of. The teachers were patient with me as I asked a million questions, they adapted to any requests I had and ultimately my son did great & grew so much with them. Since then, my son is in room 5 now and is almost 2 years old. He gets excited every morning he goes anticipating seeing his friends and his teachers. He is absolutely thriving and has adapted to change. He sleeps great for them, loves to play or go outside. Hillcrest offers a great playground, and in the summer, they have summer activities. I’m so blessed we found Hillcrest. We will be using them now & for next in our future.
