Smart Start Academy is a family-owned early-childhood center in Toms River (founded 2000) serving children from six weeks to 12 years with a play-based Creative Curriculum. Its summer camp runs June through August, open 6:30am-6pm with breakfast, lunch and snacks included, offering arts and crafts, music, academic enrichment, sports and theme weeks. Primarily a preschool and school-age childcare provider.
