★McKenzieTerrible organization. So many inconsistencies with how its ran. I am one of many parents frustrated with the board. Its a shame too because the volunteer coaches are great. The day another organization opens up in the area, trust they will be in trouble. We will be taking our talent and money elsewhere!

★Donald CaldwellI should have known when i couldn't get answers to my questions before joining, not to join. I placed 3 kids into the Spring League. As the start was approaching I was constantly bombarded with "we need volunteers". They needed like 11 in total. The Friday before the start of the league I was sent an email "Refunds will be issued if we do not get further volunteers". So instead of being coerced into paying and coaching, I simply requested a refund on 2/23. Jeremy said the refund would be processed that day and "to keep an eye out for the Fall league". It is now 3/7 and no refund has been issued and my latest email requesting an update (2/29) has been ignored. Just simply don't waste your time or money. I have disputed the charge with my bank for failure to deliver services as I was not told when signing up I would have to coach. I've waited and tried to be cordial but taking $300 and running is total B.S. Do better HCSC.
