Hearts, Hands and Voices is a Lutheran worship and fine arts program for children entering grades 2-7, founded in 2008 by Michael Burkhardt as a joint venture of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Livonia and the Southeast Michigan Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Its cornerstone is a summer camp that integrates choral and instrumental music with visual and movement arts in an environment of friendship, worship and celebration, drawing young people from across the region. Sessions are held at St. John Lutheran Church on Gill Road in Farmington Hills.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact hearts, hands and voices directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.
