Coach Steve is very hands-on and encourages sportsmanship despite the varied levels of the campers. Although there are several junior coaches, Coach Steve is aware of everything that happens on the courts with over 15 students. He huddles the students to give feedback and redirects as necessary. My sons have already remarked on their improvement in their skills after only 3 sessions. We would definitely recommend this basketball camp.

The coaches are fantastic and make learning basketball techniques and strategies fun and easy. Coach Steve and his team are all wonderful, friendly and encouraging. Heart and Hustle is great program that teaches the game, teamwork and importance of practicing to get better. Prices are very reasonable and fair. Also, they really care about the students and have special things planned such as free ice cream during the summer, pizza party for end of a session and a Halloween event. My son and daughter both attended the clinic in the summer of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic when the world was desperate for outside sports and a sense of normalcy. The coaches Steve and Frankie have excellent experience with running basketball and overall sports programs for youth and can really relate to the children.

From the very first class, which was free for all to try, it was well organized and all the staff were great with the kids. Class starts with stretching and warming up and then moves onto drills and eventually games. I have definitely seen an improvement in my son’s basketball skills. Throughout the summer session, there were surprise guests to talk to the kids or demonstrate unique basketball skills.
