Ok guy's, I honestly can say not one wrong thing about this place, besides my kids love this place. This guy is so much bigger then all other YMCA. My girls just started their swimming lessons so so I'm excited for them to be in a clean and decent environment All the staff I came across are all nice professional people, And that's a big plus for me and also very respectful. This is my new gym.

I love working out at the Haverford Area YMCA; the facilities are modern, always spotless, and have everything I need. What I value most is the family-like atmosphere and the variety of group classes plus, the pools are among the best in the area. The staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in, which is a huge motivator to keep coming back. Without a doubt, it is the perfect place for those of us looking for a comprehensive space for health and community in Havertown.

I love this Y. Very clean and very big. Huge gym, pool, and track. Friendly staff and a great mix of people (diverse). This Y tends to to get really crowded.

This was advertised as open/free court time, yet the staff refused to lower the basketball hoop despite being asked multiple times. There was no explanation, no assistance, and no attempt to help—just complete indifference. The staff appeared disengaged and unwilling to do their job. As paying customers, we felt ignored and disrespected, as if our requests simply did not matter. This is not acceptable customer service. If a facility offers open court time, staff should be present, attentive, and willing to assist—especially with something as basic as adjusting a hoop. Instead, the attitude communicated was that customers are an inconvenience. I expect much better professionalism and accountability. Unless this is addressed, I would not recommend this facility to others.
