Powered by GoogleI was charged for six months even though we never once used the service or stepped foot there. During that time, I sent emails and called multiple times, leaving voicemails asking them to stop charging my card. When I finally managed to reach Dave, he seemed very busy both times—once dealing with a birthday party and another time helping someone who had just walked in. I clearly asked him to stop charging my card, yet the charges continued for six months. I find this extremely unprofessional. Charging someone for months without providing any service is unacceptable. At the very least, I expected communication or action after my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the business improves how it handles customer concerns and billing issues in the future.
We signed up our nine year old for the Junior Maker class, which he attends once a week. As a young engineer-in-the-making, he has a great time and particularly enjoys that he directs his own project from design to inception. He also enjoyed very much a camp which he attended daily for a week to work on a different project. Great for creative kids who want to think for themselves, and outside the box.
Amazing place! Super welcoming, the staff and instruction style are flexible and adaptable to the needs and interests of the different kids. Many interesting activities and they keep adding stuff. This is really a place with a heart, with a strong atmosphere of open mindedness and encourages kids to develop and act according to their natural curiosity and creativity, while also building skills, team work, and tackling problems in different ways. Above all, it is all done in a fun and relaxed setting. kids and instructors all work together and independently, really a place that feels like home and a playground at the same time
Great space for creative minds and learners! Our son has learned so many things there, engineering, robotics, electric, soldering, coding, 3D making, wood shop-construction so so much more!!! Love how they are taught to plan out projects and make mock samples before creating them! Definitely recommend trying it!
My son attends guild and loves it! He is super happy to go and learns a lot! He can’t stop talking about the different projects he gets to work on. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent place to help kids have fun, learn and grow. Thank you for providing a safe and great place for my son. I highly recommend everyone to sign their kids up in a day in age of kids starting at screens this gets them off them and using their brains and hands to do build something. Have a great day!
