So today is May 18th of 2026. And we went to the family swim. Got there at 6 and by 6:30 we had left. We had an accident where the entire family literally almost drown and the damn “lifeguard” on duty couldn’t be bothered to do more than blow a whistle. I had my stepkid on my back and ended up in the deep end accidentally. So my fiancée reached over and grabbed her kid and accidentally ended up in the deep end herself. With her kid on her back because he can’t swim. The lifeguard watched and just let us all practically drown. I’m trying to breathe and get some oxygen in my lungs while she struggled because that dude couldn’t be bothered to help.

Not a bad gym, but they were sweeping at around 5:45pm on a Tuesday with what smelt and looked like a 50 year old sweeper. This sweeper has never been cleaned once and made me have an allergy attack immediately after entering the gym. Not really sure whose bright idea it is to sweep during one of the busiest times of the day at the gym. Would be nice if they could get a new sweeper, and maybe another heavy bag or a better speed bag. Or sweep near the end of the day, or clean the sweeper.

Gym is smaller and usually crowded with highschool kids. Music selection is horrible. Easy listening/ soft rock. It's like something a 60 something woman would relax to on her back porch with a glass of wine. Also the pool is usually never open for free use. Usually there is some random activity happening or it's just closed so if you think your buying a membership to use a pool when you want to your not.

Clean tidy in their upstairs weight lifting area and doesn’t smell weird. A great place to go skating once a month first Friday of every month to family skate and you can skate in their area from like 6 in the morning till 2 pm it’s mostly available most week days unless they have an event. You can bring your own skates to use for regular skating or for the monthly event. That’s a huge plus to me because that is one of my favorite hobbies to do.
