Powered by GoogleA customer for many years and I have tried other gyms in order to compare....point blank, there is no comparison. This is a professional gym with great staff!
Terrible customer service. Went here as a child and have had my daughter enrolled for 5 years. Continued charging me for months after unenrolling and not willing to credit or offer any make up sessions. Disappointing and will be taking our business elsewhere.
This gym ignited my daughter’s love for gymnastics when she was only 3 years old. Now, 3 years later, she just made the league team and is looking forward to learning more skills. The coaches are kind and supportive and she looks forward to going to class each week. Highly recommend!
We sent boys for a few months. They had fun, but it wasn’t worth the money. Many of the coaches are nice and hard working. Several seem to lack much desire to help out. It did feel like the little girls got more time and attention from many of the coaches. Most just sent my boy off to “play” and didn’t bother to give clear instructions or feedback. I’m glad he had fun. But I wanted him to learn body awareness and coordination. I also regularly saw coaches just staring at their phones instead of giving the kids attention. It wasn’t often in our kids classes, but I saw it all the time with the other classes going on at the same time. I once watch 6/10 coaches in the gym all on their phones at the same time. You’ll probably have a better experience if you’re sending your girls. If you have boys, I’d go elsewhere.
Good staff, working with our children under these circumstances. My son loved it, and we will most likely be back for the season. Depending on what sissy wants, I may have both of them enrolled. They are already in a very fine dance establishment, but it is their choice.
