Powered by Googlealways a good place to take your kids the owner is always nice to them and the really have fun there.
If I could, I would give zero stars. The first day my daughter attended this program, she consistently received minimal attention during routines. As a first-time participant, she deserved proper guidance, but instead, the instructors appeared to focus only on certain children (white kids) while my daughter was overlooked. This is unacceptable, especially when families are paying for their children to learn essential gymnastics skills. When I raised concerns and requested a refund, the owner’s response was unprofessional and dismissive. If instructors are being trained to prioritize only white kids, that is a serious issue. I would never recommend this program and will be enrolling my daughter in a higher-quality class elsewhere. Kids deserve respect, fair treatment, and to be valued.
If possible, I would give zero stars. During my daughter’s time in the program, I noticed she received very minimal attention while going through the routines. As a first-time participant, she should have been given proper guidance, but instead, the focus was placed on certain children while others, including my daughter, were overlooked. I would not recommend this program, as I do not believe it provides sufficient support for all students—especially for families paying for their children to learn essential gymnastics skills.
Please, save your time and don’t go here. I sent my child here about a few years back and i’m here to leave another review as my child is no longer comfortable attending any gymnastics camp because of this specific camp. My child was treated very unfairly here, she said to me that in activities, she would be left out but other kids that are caucasian were involved. What makes this no better is that my child had trouble communicating at the time, and I feel as if the teachers took that for granted. The teachers were rude to her, she said that they weren’t really taught techniques and it wasn’t beginner friendly. Teachers would barely try to help her and she had to be taught by OTHER trained kids. That’s so embarrassing for this camp. So yes, save your time. Find another camp that you feel is best for your child. I took my child out of this camp for obvious reasons, and after I did my child taught herself gymnastics. She is very great now no thanks to this camp and I can’t wait to see how much more she improves. But on the other hand, this camp doesn’t deserve the stars it has now.
My 2 daughters are beginner gymnasts who’ve been attending this studio the last few months. We’ve tried out other local studios but are especially pleased with the quality of trainers and coaches here, as well as how the sessions are run (a rotating focus on different elements/apparatus). The coaches challenge and motivate the kids whilst continually keeping an eye on safety (whether the cushions are properly aligned, equipment positioning, verbal feedback & communication with each other). I also appreciate that they encourage students to wash their hands before starting each class. Lastly, the month to month pricing system takes into account holidays so you don’t need to worry about make up lessons and such. Maureen is super responsive per email and runs a solid program for gymnasts of all levels (team levels too). I have no affiliations with anyone in this gym, am just a really pleased parent with how my children are developing their gymnastic skills and confidence.
