This review is not on the facility itself and all it has to offer. This is specifically on renting the party spaces and interactions with staff. I had my daughters 1st birthday party here a month ago after attending another party and this place coming recommended to me instead of the Rose Garden where my shower was held. The good things I have to say is that it is way more affordable than it's competitors in the area, the space is good even if you get half of the room and the gentleman that's always there that sets up and helps you with the floor plans is so friendly and helpful and is patient, will go above and beyond to make sure things are how you need it. He is the best part about the staff regarding party set up. The room was clean and the tables are a great size and fit nicely in proportion to the space. You can get as many tables as you need. Past that it was a rough go for us. Paying online you get no prior instructions and when you go to pay despite just putting the deposit it ends up charging the card for the full amount! When you call it's stated "oh yea it often does that".... perhaps that should be mentioned that it changes the amount and you need to review the amount to charge before hitting submit. smh!! When it came close to the party I happened to go back up there to view the room and discovered that my paperwork wasn't in the system any longer!!!! The day of the party was Not great! We rented half the room, BIG MISTAKE, we were told we could have music as long as it wasn't too loud but the people next to us were not only entering our party over and over but their music was SOO LOUD our music, and nothing we said or tried to do could be heard. It was pointless to talk or try to play games. Even after asking for it to be turned down nothing changed. I worried about the noise from the basketball playing, but it was more from the other party. After trying to contact management -Jasmine (who refused to get on the phone by the way to speak to me because she was too busy) advised the lady speaking to me to tell me they won't book at the same time next time which did nothing for my ruined party. She made no attempt to make that better in any way. Just a Sorry for your luck! Horrible Customer Service. Things to be aware of: * Beware of the balance when booking! They won't explain it to you until after but it changes the balance on you and will charge the full amount * Rent out the WHOLE room/space even if you don't need it! The noise from another party not caring will sound like it's literally in your party. The management could CARE LESS!! * If it's a busy day you might hear noise from the basketball area, but with the door closed it's not horrible * You will need to provided linens * Check and double check your reservations don't just assume all is good! All in all I guess you get what you pay for as this was def not my experience at the Rose Garden. Shout out to the guy that does the set up! He's so awesome!

Great facility. Nice family atmosphere. The staff is so pleasant and they work really hard to keep it clean and tidy. You're not going to be able to powerlift here, but the gym will certainly do for the majority of people. Really happy I get to work out here.

This place is awesome! I have not even been inside the building but there is an awesome splash pad at the front, a Pavillion with picnic tables, a cute pond where you can fish, paved trails for walking/biking, a covered basketball court, a baseball field and 2 play areas! It's very clean and even the scenery is beautiful. I will definitely be back often and would encourage my friends to go also!
