Camp Gilmont
Presbyterian Camps at Gilmont (Campfire Collective)
Camp Gilmont is a Presbyterian (PCUSA) overnight camp in the piney woods of Gilmer, East Texas, running week-long summer sessions for completed grades 1-12 alongside a Gilmer day camp and a family camp. Campers stay in air-conditioned cabins (Adventure Camp uses tree houses) and take part in archery, canoeing, group games, slingshots, disc golf, nature hikes, crafts and Bible study, with zipline, axe throwing, ninja stars and crate stacking added for older campers. Campers are organized into small groups of 12-14 with at least two counselors each, and camp staff complete a minimum of 12 days of orientation and training. Gilmont uses a three-tier flexible pricing model for overnight weeks ($800 / $650 / $500, family's choice with no documentation required) plus scholarships, and its Great Gluten Escape week is served entirely gluten-free at a validated gluten-free safe spot.

Great place for your church group to fellowship, relax and enjoy the outdoors and more! With new facilities coming soon so will the new adventures.
An amazing place to retreat. The lodging was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing and rejuvenating. Couldn't ask for much more than that! We'll be back!
This place is great. The staff are so knowledgeable. Everything was nice and everyone learned a lot. The views from the top of the hill are amazing. Several ponds and lakes with canoes. The cabins are huge and very nice and in the woods. This is a great place for camps or trips. Well worth the money and time. I will for sure be returning again.
