The staff is always very helpful. They do not try to up-sale product, but does ensure the uniform is complete with all parts.

**Review: Why I Wouldn't Recommend Girl Scouts** I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Girl Scouts Troop 1064, which has led me to strongly advise against joining the organization. After a detailed conversation with Menta Tromblrtoday, I still lack clarity on how our troop's funds were managed. Despite numerous requests, the troop leadership continues to refuse to provide bank statements, raising serious concerns about financial transparency. For months, Troop 1064 has failed to deliver the promised financial reports. Screenshots of communications with co leaders show repeated assurances that have gone unfulfilled. Additionally, my attempts to address these issues with Amanda Krumpton, the manager of Chris Lancaster, have been met with inaction. Amanda's failure to follow through on her promise to obtain bank statements and her dismissive response suggest a troubling bias within the organization. My concerns extend beyond financial transparency to include unfair treatment and a lack of proper response to complaints of bias and discrimination. I was unjustly removed from my leadership position based on false claims by Chris Lancaster, without being given a chance to present my side of the story. This decision, made without due process, undermines the integrity of the Girl Scouts' leadership. Efforts to escalate these issues within the Wilmington office have been fruitless. Leaders there appear to protect each other, avoiding a thorough investigation into the troop's operations. The absence of financial documents despite multiple requests further highlights the lack of accountability. Moreover, this ordeal has affected my family personally. My daughter was subjected to bullying by another troop members daughter , who falsely accused us of theft after i requested financial documents be presented to all of us parents in the troop after months of asking —a claim that could only have originated from conversations among the adult involved with all the financial reports . This incident caused my daughter significant distress, underscoring the detrimental impact of the troop's leadership on its members. I have requested a full investigation into Troop 1064 and the Wilmington office, seeking accountability and transparency. If financial reports are not provided promptly, I plan to contact local authorities and the media to investigate potential fraud within the organization. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend the Girl Scouts to anyone. The organization's failure to manage funds transparently, address serious complaints, and protect its members from unfair treatment and bullying is unacceptable. Prospective members and their families should be aware of these issues before committing their time and resources to the Girl Scouts.

LOVE this branch of Girl Scouts. My daughter has been a scout for years with this team and the ladies in this office / group TRULY care about the best for the girls. My experience in the shop has always been top notch. Thank you ladies for all you do.
