Camp Marydale is Girl Scouts Louisiana East's overnight resident camp on 400 acres near St. Francisville, about 45 miles north of Baton Rouge. Open to girls ages 5 to 17, summer sessions run in June and July with horseback riding, archery, canoeing, swimming, hiking and a low-ropes course; campers stay in cabins and dorm-style units.

★★★★Beth BordelonI took my daughter's here for open house. The facility has endless Green Acres, a beautiful small man-made lake, Barn full of lovely horses, and a nice gated pool. The grounds are well-maintained and the staff is very friendly. The sleeping quarters look as though they could use some updating as far as mattresses and cots, overall we were impressed.
