Tom was a great instructor. He told us exactly what to do, in a clear way and at the right times. Plus he was very personable, friendly, and funny. The day was a bit of a windy one, which made for a bit more speed than I was expecting, and was alot of fun. Especially learning how to Tack and turn the ship around quickly. I recommend this basic tour if you were like us, and interested in trying out sailing and learning a few things. From there, you can decide if you want to continue learning more and pursue the sport more and certification with future lessons.
