I have been a member for 13 years. I come consistently and opt for this gym eventhough it is most expensive because I like what it has to offer. HOWEVER - in 2026, people can stream news on their phones. Please keep the TVs neutral. There is no reason fox news needs to be on. I am working on elevating my heart rate in other ways. Please keep the gym a NEUTRAL space. I would rate 5 stars if I didn't have to see ANY NEWS CHANNELS. Thank you 🌈

Upstairs they removed most of the equipment, can't tune in to the TV's, took away the coat rack and the hand sanitizer, sauna out of commission. Yearly rate increase as usual last month.....maybe time to move on.

This is probably the best gym in Albuquerque as far as facilities, vibes and not being overcrowded. If you want to sign up ask for Devin! He was super professional in helping me sign up, no-nonsense, helpful, straight to the point. I was able to sign up with him without getting roped into the long term commitment situation of a gym membership. If you’re considering signing up chat with him he’s super professional and friendly. As for the rest of the gym? The sauna is hot (hotter than 190* F), lots of tennis courts, friendly faces, and the Japanese Olympic marathon runners used to/ still train here. Tis a vibe as they proverbially say. A bit pricier than other options in town. But you get what you pay for, and it’s way nicer and way less crowded.

How can we be charged without any contract? Sadly, we can’t speak to the actual club nor amenities but we can speak to the fact that prior to us ever signing a contract agreement we were charged $145 (two separate charges). We spoke to a sales representative named Alex, who conveniently was no longer with the company as soon as we had complaints. He told us a lot of things we liked & were about to sign up so we gave our card information, then when we received the contract we decided not to sign or go forward due to inconsistencies. Regardless of that, we were charged $13 first (who knows for what?) and $132 for the monthly family membership. They said it would be refunded 7-10 business days later. Needless to say we will not be going forward.
