3.5-3.75. Management, facility, front desk all awesome. My little boy was having a great time doing the child/parent paired classes. Upon moving solo, however, the vibe completely changed. Olivia, who had been very friendly and easygoing in the paired parent classes, seemed constantly annoyed and unenthusiastic in the classes with the kids solo. She would go entire classes without cracking a single smile, let alone engaging the kids on their level. My son is boisterous and hyper but not disruptive and it didn't seem like she was capable of handling it. We could sense the tension and unfortunately so could our son and we stopped attending classes here. He was not open to switching night to try different teachers which was a real bummer since he enjoyed the gymnastics. We have not had similar attitudes from teachers at Lil' Kickers or Swim Factory. They all seem to understand that 4-year-olds are going to 4-year-old and they roll with it good naturedly. Not this teacher. Edit: A tinge of passive-aggression in your reply. I only thought to leave the review after realizing how happy my son and his instructors are at Lil' Kickers and Fish Factory. If you're unaware one of your lead instructors isn't friendly, that might be on management more than parents.

We’ve had a generally positive experience, but there are a few concerns we wanted to share. The gym is closed on several holidays (for example, President’s Day). While tuition is prorated and a makeup class is generated, there are very limited makeup options available, and we wish this policy could be reconsidered. Evaluations also do not seem to occur very frequently—approximately every two to three months—and in some cases, evaluations were not documented even after being brought to the coaches’ attention. We were told this was due to being busy, but the evaluation still has not been recorded after over a month. This makes it difficult to understand progress and how children are being challenged to advance more quickly. At this point, our daughter is beginning to feel bored and would benefit from more challenge to keep her engaged and progressing. Additionally, the bathroom could use air fresheners. On the positive side, the gym is very close to home, and we do appreciate that parents are able to use the gym area.

Horrible first impression. Signed my son up for a trial class, immediately disheartened by the way he was treated. While I can say my son did get distracted a few times, I think that is expected from a 3 year olds first time in what we thought we be an exciting time for him. His instructor was very dismissive and kind of cold, especially to a child. My son is excited and wants to talk to you, so act uninterested with your dismissive remarks? He may not able to pick up your passive aggressiveness, but we as his parents can. Horrible first impression. We thought this place would be fun and welcoming to our son, but all we got was coldness and recommendation to try another class. We will take our business to a place who’s instructors have the patience, kindness, and desire to instruct my son.

SAGA gymnastics is amazing. I enrolled my daughter and she has been advancing quickly with the excellent coaching she receives. My daughter loved it so much that we enrolled are younger son. I really enjoy lifting weights while both of my kids are learning. SAGA has an excellent weight selection and plenty of cardio machines you can use. You are doing great, Erin! Keep up the phenomenal work.

My kids are part of the SAGA family almost a year. From day one my kids felt comfortable and confident, "just like our last duty station" they said. Coming back from COVID-19 raised a lot of questions, since social distance will not always be possible. [...] and they figured out! This place haven't shut down since they re-opened, kids are following the "new way of living", sanitation is on point. The clean after, during and before. Coaches are wearing mask and keeping the rotation process organized and 6ft away from each other. If you don't believe me come take a pick. Pop like a genie🧞‍♂️🧞‍♀️ and I can guarantee you will keep your kids here.
