Gateway Playhouse in Somers Point runs Gateway to the Arts, an eight-week summer theater camp for ages 7-18 that in 2026 runs June 22 to August 15. Campers are grouped as Musical Munchkins (7-9), Shining Stars (10-13) and Rising Stars (14-18), and each session ends in a full production with costumes, choreography, vocals and live music - the 2026 shows are Disney Through the Decades: A Musical Revue, Newsies Jr. and Crazy For You. Tuition is $325 for Musical Munchkins and $500 for Shining and Rising Stars, and a limited number of scholarships are available per session.
