Powered by GoogleCamp amity has been such a breath of fresh air for my daughter. She always comes home so anxious to talk about her adventures from the day. The counselors are so involved and make things so entertaining for the kids with there fun camp names. She has truly enjoyed the arts and crafts, the camp songs and the overnight stays with her new friends. She is already talking about what her name will be one day when she can be a counselor.
Camp Amity has been wonderful for my son. He has truly never been so excited to go somewhere everyday. From arts and crafts to archery and boating. Not to mention the amazing rock climbing wall. The fun names the counselor’s have to keep things entertaining for the kids has been so refreshing to see how involved they all are with the kids. The new addition of the amphitheater for camp fire songs was such a great addition. My son will be going for years to come and looking forward to one day getting his camp name as a counselor
My children have attended Camp Amity Acres for the past four years, and they have loved every minute of it. They enjoy trying all of the activities—from the zipline and Flying Squirrel to the water trampoline and climbing inflatable. Each day they look forward to returning, not only to see their friends, but also their favorite counselors, who are wonderful role models. I truly couldn’t ask for better counselors and lifeguards for my children to look up to. Everyone at camp is friendly and welcoming. The office staff is always out and about during pick-up and drop-off, so I can easily share a quick note or simply say hello. My children are already counting down to their fifth summer at camp—one can’t wait for water tag, and the other is excited to soar on the Flying Squirrel once again. You will be so glad you chose Camp Amity Acres for your children.
I went to Camp Amity from the time I was 8 years old in Cedar Nest to the time I was about 12 or 13. I now send my kids and they love it just as much (if not even more!) then I did! They always come home so exhausted and really messy but just raving about all the fun they had during the day. And when the camp season comes to an end, they count down the days until the next one starts. The counselors are so so nice and always greet us in the morning with huge smiles and friendly waves. They always really make an effort to learn names and greet them by name each morning getting out of the car. The office staff and Goggles are always happy to answer my many questions. It is an overall amazing experience for both me and my children. We cannot wait to go back!
I have been going to camp for around 7 years, I love it. I have made many friends there. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. They have many things for the girls to do from the zip line to the lake. They always have a theme for the weeks of camp and there is always fun. They also do over nights where the campers get to have fun and make friends. I love camp and would recommend it to anyone who love because in the out doors!
