Appel Farm Arts Camp is an overnight arts camp on a rural campus near Elmer, running two- and four-week residential sessions for campers ages 8-18. Campers choose their own schedule across music, theatre, technical theatre, dance, creative writing, media arts, photography, visual arts and environmental arts, with sports and water games alongside; facilities include a 250-seat theatre, a 7,000-square-foot fine arts building, dance studio, darkrooms, video studios, practice rooms, bunkhouses and a pool. Founded in 1960 and run by the nonprofit Appel Farm Arts & Music Center, the camp is choice-based and describes itself as a gender-inclusive creative community.

The only thing I would say is that, as a person who is disabled, it can be very difficult to move about on campus. The use of the golf carts was extremely helpful, but we are no longer afforded that luxury. Is there another alternative?
