Gales Creek Camp is a nonprofit that has run summer camp for Pacific Northwest children and teens with Type 1 diabetes since 1953. Its traditional overnight camp offers swimming, games, arts, drama, hiking, and campfires while campers connect with peers who share the same challenges, supported by medical staff. Day and overnight family camps serve the youngest campers, and financial aid through its Campership program ensures no child is turned away for inability to pay.

Powered by GoogleAmazing Camp. I have looked all over the east coast after moving to find something like this and never have. Gales is truly unique. If you have ever thought about bringing your kids here or supporting the camp I highly recommend you do. They have fun games, good food, and amazing counselors. This is a place to make lifelong friends.
