Camp Yamhill is a Christian overnight camp on 240 forested acres about 8 miles west of Yamhill, serving grades 1-12 (ages 6-18) since 1954. Campers hike the Trask Mountains, fish, canoe, and tackle a challenge course, and the site also runs a one-week outdoor environmental-science school for 6th graders.

★★★★★C. C.Quite possibly the BEST camp/retreat we have ever attended. Different groups use the camp for their programs so this review isn't covering the content... That part is separate (and incredible in its own right!!!) Location is rural enough to not have all those city noises yet close enough for emergencies. It's CLEAN!! So well kept, not that rickety, old and falling apart feel. This lends to a sense of comfort where you don't have to worry about where your sleeping. Trails, extensive ropes course, pavilions, active games areas, covered meeting areas, lodge, fantastic restrooms.... I could go on and on. They have thought of everything! Yamhill will be in our hearts and prayers, I hope forever. Such a blessing to the Church and community. And a shout out to the camp Managers! Excellent job, full of heart, service and grace. ❤️
