★Peter DunlapI was referred to Fretz Tennis Center by a friend of mine for racquet stringing. I was promised 3-4 business days for the job....one week passed, two weeks passed and no calls. I finally decided to call and check on my racquets only to find out that they still weren't strung, shocking! The next day I went in person to find out one of my racquets was strung that morning, but the other wasn't because of a lost grommet, which they (their stringer lost). At that point I said fine, just give me my racquets and a refund for $20 for the other racquet that wasn't strung. The young man couldn't give me the refund, of course, and said he would absolutely call me at the beginning of the week. Here it is a week later and still no call. Pretty frustrating! Have I lost sleep over it, no, it's just a racquet stringing, but c'mon Fretz how about a little integrity, customer service, etc?? Pete D
