We requested to transfer the remaining paid sessions to the spring session, but this was denied, and we were advised to disenroll instead. We were disappointed by the lack of flexibility, especially given that the sessions were already paid for. A more accommodating approach toward families dealing with unexpected situations would greatly improve the overall experience.
