Family Wellness is a nonprofit 80,000-square-foot fitness and wellness facility in Fargo, built by a Sanford Health and YMCA of the Northern Sky partnership, that runs week-long summer day camps for children ages 5-11. Camps run Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm from late May through early August, mixing sports, crafts, cooking, indoor-pool time, and a weekly field trip, with before/after care and financial assistance available.

★Easton GreshikTo: Management, Family Wellness Fargo Subject: Formal Complaint regarding Staff Member: Pamela I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the repeated poor service I have received at the front desk, specifically from an employee named Pamela. On multiple occasions, Pamela has been unnecessarily confrontational and has repeatedly refused to honor a valid guest pass. Her behavior consistently falls short of the professional standards expected at a community wellness center. Specifically, I am reporting the following: Obstruction of Access: Despite presenting a valid guest pass, Pamela has blocked my entry multiple times without a legitimate or consistent explanation. Unprofessional Conduct: Her attitude is consistently rude, dismissive, and hostile. Instead of being helpful, she creates a negative environment for members and guests alike. Poor Customer Service: She lacks the basic communication skills required for a public-facing role, making the check-in process an ordeal rather than a routine procedure. Due to the repetitive nature of these incidents and her blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, I am requesting that Pamela be placed on administrative leave pending a full review of her conduct and training. A facility dedicated to "wellness" should not be staffed by individuals who treat patrons with such hostility. I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this matter and ensure that guest policies are applied fairly and respectfully moving forward.
★ashtyn greshikPamela has got to go she needs to be evaluated by management a number of times i have gone in and she has been so disrespectful towards me and many other coustmers MULTIPLE times specially younger customers and has denied me and others service many times even though we have members. I will no longer be returning due to Pamela’s horrible customer service.

★★★★★Dmytro KravchenkoBest gym I've ever been to! It has everything for the perfect workout! Equipment is awesome, towels are provided. Stuff is super friendly (even if you are a foreigner who speaks broken English). Micro-climate in the building is well balanced. Except for gym there is a pretty big pool, small pool for the children, hot tub, sauna room, steam room. Those, who love cardio training, would find this gym perfect as it has a lot of cardio equipment, cycling room, track for the running at the second level. Coffee is for free at the lobby.
