★Teresa McInnisIf I could give this place let than a 1 star, I would. I signed my daughter up for what I thought was beginners gymnastics. When we went in, the place was packed to the brim and barely any room to walk. One of the people working there says “What’s up”? Not “Hi! Welcome! What’s your daughters name? I’ll get her checked in”! I was mind blown by her approach and then expected me to have all the answers about the class when we are new and she SHOULD have the information on my daughter since I signed her up online! The customer service was horrific. Then I realized I signed my daughter up for the wrong class. The right class didn’t fit with our schedule and so I filled out the cancellation form found online and followed up with a phone call and text to confirm they received it. I received a message almost to weeks ago saying we were removed from everything including the payment plan. Then today (two weeks later) I’m charged for the classes!! They never responded when I asked for a refund and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Horrible company all around.
