This place has become too crowded and the teachers aren't actively teaching any skills nor controlling those who aren't taking the class seriously. It's glorified babysitting. This evening was the worst. Someone should be monitoring the lessons. Total waste of time.

My daughter absolutely loves this gym and the coaches. They make everything fun while also helping them build tremendous skills. My daughter NEVER fights me on going to class. She's always so happy to walk right in and the coaches make all the children feel very welcome. Special shout out to Ms. Crystal who my daughter just absolutely looks up to so much. The gym renovation is gorgeous. Its also great for little ones since they have parent viewing areas where you can see the whole gym! Incredibly clean and bright and just happy feeling. I'm very impressed with how much progress and just love for the sport my daughter has had in the 2 years she has been a student. Doing gymnastics here has also given her confidence and strength that she uses out of the gym as well. Highly recommend for a positive experience.

Good place initially, but inconsistencies on requirements to make teams made it a very frustrating experience after some time. Advanced level 7 was a total disappointment, and then the rules changed again. The owner should apply fair and transparent rules to all the kids to sustain their interest in growth in gymnastics.

This is so much more than a gym- it’s a family. From the 2 years we have been here my daughter has went from barley knowing a cartwheel to landing a BHS solo. As a parent- what your child can accomplish means so much but what coaches here pour into your child so they BELIEVE they CAN do what they’ve been taught is something money can’t fund. As a new gym mom I’ve quickly learned the trust between a gymnast and her coach is unlike any other. The bonds my 8 year old has formed at XCEL is truly amazing and brings me to tears knowing we have to move. Ms. Jess, Ms Becca, Miss Riley and Ms Krystal are AMAZING! Ms. Jess for my 8 year old will be that one person she never forgets- she’s touched our family and my little one in a way no other coach or teacher has and given her the confidence to “fly” on her own. You can truly tell teachers here CARE about your child succeeding: When you chose this gym you become family. XCEl is. Absolutely a 5 star experience but the teachers are hands down 10s!!

My daughter loves her coaches. They really push the kids to do their very best. You can tell that they really enjoy teaching the kids. It can get crowded during class sessions if you plan on staying but that really isn't a big deal The only negative is the always grumpy lady at the front desk at the second gym. She always looks as though she is in a bad mood, as though she really doesn't want to be there and really isn't all too friendly. But I would highly recommend X-Cel to anyone.
