The coaching staff is engaged and really cares about the development of these young kids on and off the field. Our son has grown in so many unexpected ways because of Coach Kenney's influence, advice and constant support. They also accept that it is a responsibility that does not end after practice, a game or a season. FC Westlake demands respectful communication from not only their players but also the parents. This is a refreshing approach and evident when you sit on a sideline of a game. Our son first touch, technical skills and field awareness have improved immensely since joining FC Westlake. He has formed strong bonds with his teammates and coaches over the years. Each serving an important role as part of his support system as he continues to navigate playing elite club soccer and for his local high school. FC Westlake is a wonderful club to be a part of. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional and take their time with each player to help make them become an all around better soccer player. Having been at a previous club, FC Westlake is a thousand times better. They are extremely organized, communicate in a very timely manner and actually care about your child and their best interest.
