Powered by GoogleI can’t say enough positive things about Chris!! My son, who plays lacrosse, has been training with him since the 3rd grade, he is now a sophomore in HS. The growth I’ve seen in my son is astronomical, both mentally and physically. Chris cares about the people he trains not only as athletes but also as people. He is such a positive influence.
My son has been training with Coach Chris since 2022. His training is excellent and his passion for lacrosse really shows. He is knowledgeable , patient and motivating.
My daughter has been attending both private and group agility sessions for the past several years and we have been very happy with the results. We were looking gain speed and overall quickness for high level soccer and have made significant improvements. Coach Chris is a knowledgeable and encouraging trainer who knows how to push athletes in a positive way. I highly recommend chris for any athlete looking to take their game to the next level.
I've been training at Fast with Coach Chris for about a year now, and I have improved exponentially. Chris not only has helped me improve in how I play but also in my mental strength allowing me to reach a whole new level.
Working with Coach Chris has helped me get way faster and stronger for lacrosse. The workouts are hard but fun, and I can tell I’m improving every week. I definitely recommend training here if you want to get better.
