FAST Camp (Future All Star Training) is a coed multi-sport summer day camp held at Mount Southington in Plantsville, CT. Weekly sessions from June to August mix physical-education games, sports, exercise, arts and crafts and team-building for campers in grades 1 through 8, with a FAST Jr. option for younger children and a CIT program for grades 9 through 12. Camp runs 9am–3pm with extended hours available.
