★★★Ann BronikowskiWow! I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels like when you enter this facility, they look at you like you’ve got egg on your face! As for the younger staff, they are very nice to myself and children during the evening, but come during the day, and it’s a different story! Also, needs a major remodel of the locker rooms.
★ToastI like this gym and use it a lot. The basketball courts and equipment are great, and I appreciate having this in our community. But the front desk experience, with one older staff member, is really frustrating. The way he talks just very disrespectful. Every time I come in, he looks annoyed, doesn’t greet anyone, and answers simple questions like he’s mad at you. We’re literally paying to use this place, and that money goes into he's pocket. No one expects amazing service, but basic respect shouldn’t be that hard.
